Thailand: Transcript 3 (0-4) + Certificate of Secondary Education + Basic Education Transcript (Upper Secondary Level).

Take school's online entrance exam (Biology: approximately 20 multiple-choice questions; Chemistry: approximately 20 multiple-choice questions (these two subjects must be core subjects); Mathematics: approximately 10 multiple-choice questions or Physics: approximately 20 multiple-choice questions (choose one). The minimum admission score is 165 points or higher for the total score of these three subjects.
 
3. Online exam registration fee: 80 Euros (payable directly to the school website using a personal credit card). At the time of registration, please scan the first page of your passport + an English version of your graduation certificate and an English version of all your high school transcripts (Grade 12). (Transcripts and graduation certificates must be verified by the local court and by the Chinese/Philippines authorities.) Notarized by the Philippine Ministry of Foreign Affairs
 
4. When registering for the Palacky online exam, you must clearly specify whether you are applying to the medical or dental school. Applying to two programs together is not allowed. If you are not admitted, you must wait until the following year for the entrance exam. You are not allowed to apply a second time in the same year. Even if you are admitted due to an error in your application, if the school discovers this upon your arrival, you will still not be allowed to enroll and will be refunded your tuition.
4. Palacky requires that if you do not have a TOEFL or IELTS score report, you must take the school's English proficiency written test (a score of 60 or above is required to pass) during the online exam.
[Exam Questions] Multiple choice, fill-in-the-blank, and short answer questions.
 
(Exam results are given immediately after the exam; you will know whether you have meet the admission requirements.) If you meet the admission score, you will be given an online oral exam (INTERVIEW) in English by the Vice Dean of Faculty of Medicine.
【After Graduation】: The Czech and Latvian national medical and dental examinations are scheduled in the final year of the course as graduation exams. Upon graduation, you will receive a Latvian or Czech medical or dental qualification certificate (one copy in English and one copy in the local language).
 
2. Obtain a Master's degree in Medicine or Dentistry. You can continue to pursue a 4-year doctoral program. After obtaining a doctoral degree, you can apply for an assistant professor position at any medical university in any country.
3. You can join the local medical or dental associations in Latvia/Czech Republic (a Latvian language C2 level certificate or Czech language C2 certificate is required; university language centers offer paid language courses and issue certificates). You can apply for PGY1 (first year of post-graduation medical residency training) and PGY2 (second year of post-graduation medical internship training) at a university-affiliated hospital => After completion, you can apply for specialist residency training. The training time varies depending on the specialty. After completing residency training, you can take the Latvian/Czech specialist medical license exam => Passing the Latvian/Czech specialist medical license exam allows you to:
Apply for a specialist clinic job at any Latvian/Czech hospital => The hospital will issue a work certificate, allowing you to apply for a work permit visa, and even a long-term residence permit visa => After five years, apply for Latvian/Czech citizenship and a passport.
4. **You can also apply for PGY1 and PGY2 training at an Irland hospital; the process is the same as in Latvia/Czech Republic.
5. **You can also apply for PGY1 and PGY2 training at German/Austrian hospitals, the process is the same as in Latvia/Czech Republic (a German B2 level certificate is required).**
6. You can also directly take the UK PLAB licensure exam or the ORE licensure exam.
7. You can also take USA: the USMLE (Medical) and USDLE (Dentist) exams.
8. You can also take the Canadian MCCQE Part 1 + Part 2 (Medical) or NBEB (National Centre for Equivalent Qualifications in Dentistry) exams.
9. You also can take Philippines Physician/Dentist License Exam.
10. After 5 years, you can obtain an EU (or other foreign passport) and apply for Taiwanese medical or dental exams as a foreign passport holder (2 stages: Basic Medicine, Dentistry/Clinical Medicine, Dentistry + PGY1 + PGY2). => 2-year training => Specialist/Dentist License => Outpatient Physician at a District or Teaching Hospital, or Open Your Own Private Practice.
11. Parents can apply for company establishment and work permit in the country where the student is studying (apply for naturalization passport after 5 years).
